We are committed to protecting the privacy and data of our users. This Data Deletion Policy outlines the procedures and steps users should follow to request the deletion of their accounts and specifies the types of data that are deleted or kept, along with any additional retention periods.

 

Request Account Deletion

To request the data deletion of your account, please follow these steps:
 

  1. Open the App on your device.
  2. Log-in with valid credentials and navigate to the profile section.
  3. User profile section has setting option at the top left side, click and go into the application settings.
  4. Application setting has an option to delete account. 
  5. Once the user is confirmed then the account will be deleted permanently.

What types of Data are Deleted on App?

Upon account deletion request from the user, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:
 

- Personal Information: Name, Email Address, and any other identifiable information provided during account creation.

- Usage Data: Any usage data linked to your account, including but not limited to preferences, settings, and history.

- User-Generated Content: Any content, such as comments or uploads, done by the user.

- Connection Logs: IP addresses and device information associated with your account.

 

Data Retention Period

We retain user data immediately after the account deletion request. All personal and identifiable information, usage data, and user-generated content will be permanently deleted from our servers.

 

Exceptions in Data Retention

Certain data may be retained if required by law or if it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
